Attorney Eluyode has experience ranging from removal defense, criminal defense and crimmigration, and currently focuses her practice on employment-based immigration matters, leaning on her almost 10 years of experience in Big Law, representing Fortune 100 companies and supporting their mega immigration programs, as well as VC-backed tech startups in Silicon Valley, providing boots-on-the-ground support for scaling immigration programs. She has had clients in many industries around the country including tech, semiconductor, security, consulting, pharmaceutical, and education. Her clients range from HR/People teams to entrepreneurs and researchers. Her multicultural background (Africa, Senegal, France, U.S.) and multilingual skills allow her to connect across cultures, strengthening collaboration and problem-solving.

She also earned her JD from The University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. She is licensed to practice law from the state of Arizona and is authorized to practice U.S. immigration and naturalization law from anywhere in the United States.
